Proactive Life Midlands aspires to be a centre of excellence in the provision of high quality, holistic and person- centred supported living services in the West Midlands.
The service provides care and support to adults of all ages with a learning disability/autism or mental health needs. This includes those with complex and challenging behaviour needs, forensic histories and those with a diagnosis of personality disorder.
We support individuals to maximise their independence as much as possible within their own homes.

Proactive Life Midlands has access to 36 self-contained flats that service users rent.
Service users’ flats are within a complex of three blocks of flats on a main road in a residential area in Hockley.
The staff team that provides care and support to the service users, operates from an office base within the complex which provides a 24-hour presence of professional support.
